The Haverhill Road church of Christ
is an undenominational / nondenominational congregation of Christians aiming to
be faithful in every way to Jesus Christ.
We believe the Bible to be God's chosen method
of revealing His will to mankind. We look to the Bible
alone for our authority in doctrine and practice. We
simply try to follow what the Bible teaches.
"All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteous, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work." (NKJ) ~ 2 Timothy 3:16-17
"But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed." (NKJ) ~ Galatians 1:8-9
"For I testify to everyone
who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone
adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that
are written in this book; and if anyone takes away from the
words of the book of prophecy, God shall take away his part
from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things
which are written in this book." (NKJ)

We desire to share the love of Christ by being
a warm and friendly group where people can learn about God.
We desire to teach the truth of God's word to every person
in the West Palm Beach area.
"Go therefore and make
disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the
Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them
to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I
am with you always, even to the end of the age.' Amen." (NKJ)

We seek to address the spiritual needs of the
entire family: children, teenagers, and adults. Above
all, we desire the salvation of every soul
" And having been perfected, He became
the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him,"
(NKJ) ~ Hebrews 5:9
Without a doubt, God loves you: "This is how God showed His love among us: He sent His one and only Son into the world that we might live through Him." ~ 1 John 4:9 No greater love could have been shown by God but to send His Son to die for you so that you might have forgiveness of sins.
But that is only half the story. God has now asked you to love Him back. How do we do this? Is it more than just a feeling of love towards God. "And this is love: that we walk in obedience to His commands. As you have heard from the beginning, His command is that you walk in love." ~ 2 John 1:6 "This is love for God: to obey His commands. And His commands are not burdensome..." ~ 1 John 5:3 To be obedient to God's commands is to show our love for God.
Ask yourself this question: are you ready to meet the Lord when He returns? Peter speaks about the Lord's promise to return when he says, "The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, the heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be burned up." ~ 2 Peter 3:9-10
The Lord is going to return and many will be surprised at His coming. "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to me in that day 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your Name, cast out demons in Your Name, and done many wonders in Your Name?' And then I will declare to them, I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!" ~ Matthew 7:21-23
